Sony quotes up to 30 hours of music with ANC on, though settings and calls reduce that. They weigh 254g, which is only one part of comfort. You get a carrying case and audio cable, but not the USB-C charger Sony's fastest top-up needs. Headphones are worn for hours, so fit, where you listen and which devices you use matter more than a list of features.

Active noise cancellation uses microphones to hear outside sound and plays a signal that cancels much of it out. The ambient mode lets outside sound through so you can hear announcements without taking the headphones off. If you mostly listen in a quiet room, you will get less from either feature.
Battery and charging
Sony quotes up to 30 hours of music with noise cancelling using the AAC, SBC or LC3 codecs (the formats that carry sound over Bluetooth), and up to 26 hours using LDAC, Sony's higher-quality format. Calls with noise cancelling are listed at up to 24 hours. Three minutes of charging gives up to three hours of play with a USB Power Delivery adapter, or about one hour with an ordinary USB adapter. That adapter and a USB-C-to-C cable are not included. These are Sony's figures, not our measurements.
Connections and comfort
Multipoint connection lets the headphones pair with two devices at the same time, so you can move from music on your phone to a meeting on your laptop. Our advice: list where you listen and for how long. A short walk, a crowded train and a long afternoon of calls create different priorities. Reducing background noise can matter more on the train; heat, fit and microphone behaviour may matter more through a working afternoon.
Do not expect noise cancellation to remove every sound. If you mainly listen in a quiet room, compare whether a premium noise-cancelling model solves a problem you actually have.

Our advice: before the return window ends, test your actual meeting app, an incoming phone call and switching back to music. Check which device is using the microphone. A feature tick on a specification sheet cannot tell you whether that sequence feels comfortable in your setup.

Sony’s three-minute charging claim gives up to three hours with a suitable USB Power Delivery adapter under its stated conditions. An ordinary compatible USB adapter is listed at about one hour of playback after the same charging time.
Sony says a USB-PD mains adapter and USB-C-to-C cable are not included. Our advice: check what you already own before buying extra charging equipment just to reach the headline figure.
