UKTechExpert is a small, independent UK website. We write for everyday buyers who aren't confident with technology, including parents choosing something for their family, rather than for enthusiasts. Our reviews, buying guides and how-to guides are free to read.

What a review includes
A practical, plain-English review. We explain what each feature means in everyday use, who the product suits, who should skip it, and the drawbacks worth knowing before buying.
Social posts on the reviewed product. Reviewed products feature in our daily posts on Instagram, Facebook and X, focused on what makes the product stand out.
Links into related guides. Reviews are linked from relevant buying guides, comparisons and step-by-step how-to guides, so they keep being found after publication.
A copy of the coverage. We send you the link to the published review and related posts once they're live.
How we work
Independent verdicts. Supplying a product doesn't guarantee coverage, a favourable verdict or a place in a buying guide. We never accept payment for reviews or verdicts.
Clear disclosure. Every review says who supplied the product and whether it was a loan or a gift.
Embargoes respected. Tell us the embargo date and time, and nothing goes live before it.
Loans looked after. Loaned products are kept in good condition and returned by the agreed date, using your courier arrangements.
