Size and display
The S25's 6.2-inch display and 162g weight are its biggest practical advantages. It is easier to use with one hand than most premium Android phones. The 120Hz AMOLED display is smooth, bright and colour-rich without requiring the customer to understand display settings.
Performance
Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy provides flagship speed for demanding games, editing and multitasking. For ordinary apps it is more power than most customers require, but that spare capacity should help the phone remain responsive as software becomes heavier.
Camera
The triple-camera system includes a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide and genuine 3x telephoto lens. That makes it more versatile than standard iPhones and mid-range phones without optical zoom. Independent reviewers nevertheless criticised Samsung for reusing familiar camera hardware while rivals improved theirs.
Battery and charging
The compact body contains a 4,000mAh battery. Efficient processing helps it last a normal day, but larger phones provide more margin for navigation, gaming and video. Wired charging remains limited to 25W, so quick top-ups are not as quick as the word flagship may suggest.
