Check for a TV software update
Install available fixes and improvements.

Keep the TV powered
Make sure the television is connected to the internet. Do not unplug it during an update.

Keep the TV powered
Make sure the television is connected to the internet. Do not unplug it during an update.
STEP 2
Press Home
Press the Home button on your remote.
STEP 3
Open Settings
Select Settings in the menu on the left.
STEP 4
Open All Settings
Select All Settings.
STEP 5
Open Support
Scroll down and select Support at the bottom of the list.
STEP 6
Open Software Update
Select Software Update.
STEP 7
Check
Select Update Now.
STEP 8
Let it finish
Accept the update and leave the television connected to power while it restarts.
Leave the TV switched on. It may restart by itself.
