Switch to the correct HDMI input
Show a connected console, sound box or disc player on the television.

Turn on the console, player or television box
Turn on the console, player or television box and check its HDMI cable is connected at both ends.

Turn on the console, player or television box
Turn on the console, player or television box and check its HDMI cable is connected at both ends.
STEP 2
Press and hold the Home button
Press and hold the Home button until Quick Settings appears.
STEP 3
Select Inputs
STEP 4
Select the HDMI input that matches the socket used
Select the HDMI input that matches the socket used on the back of the television.
STEP 5
Wait a few seconds
Wait a few seconds. If there is no picture, try the next HDMI input or check the cable and device power.
