Run OLED Panel Refresh

Use Sony's panel refresh only when image retention is noticeable.

Confirm the television is a Sony OLED model. Mini LED and standard LED BRAVIA televisions do not offer Panel Refresh.

STEP 1

Only continue for an OLED

Open Image Settings

Press Quick Settings and choose Image Settings.

Open Display & Sound

Select Display & Sound.

Open Expert panel settings

Select Expert panel settings.

STEP 5

Start Panel Refresh

Choose Panel refresh and follow the on-screen warning. Leave the TV connected for about an hour.
