Restart a frozen or slow TV
Restart the television without erasing your settings.
Use the pictures where shown. Follow the short instructions between them.

Press the Home button on your remote

Select Settings
Scroll down the menu on the left and select Settings.
STEP 3
Select System
STEP 4
Select Power
STEP 5
Select System restart
STEP 6
Confirm the restart and wait for the Home screen
STEP 7
Switch it off at the wall
If the TV is frozen and will not respond, switch it off at the wall, wait 60 seconds, then switch it back on.
