Restart a frozen or slow TV
Restart the television without erasing your settings.
Use the pictures where shown. Follow the short instructions between them.

Press and hold the Power button on your remote for about three seconds

Wait for the Home screen to appear

Switch it off at the wall
If the TV is still frozen, switch it off at the wall, wait 60 seconds, then reconnect it and turn it on.
