Restart a frozen or slow TV
Restart the television without erasing your settings.
Use the pictures where shown. Follow the short instructions between them.
STEP 1 OF 5
Press and hold the Standby button on your remote
Press and hold the Standby button on your remote until a menu appears.

Press and hold the Standby button on your remote
Press and hold the Standby button on your remote until a menu appears.

Select Restart, then press OK
STEP 3
Wait for the Home screen to appear
STEP 4
Keep holding the Standby button for about five seconds and the TV will restart
If the menu does not appear, keep holding the Standby button for about five seconds and the TV will restart.
STEP 5
Switch it off at the wall
If the TV is still frozen, switch it off at the wall, wait 60 seconds, then switch it back on.
