Check for a TV software update
Install available fixes and improvements.

Make sure the television is connected to the internet
Make sure the television is connected to the internet. Do not unplug it during an update.

STEP 1
Make sure the television is connected to the internet
Make sure the television is connected to the internet. Do not unplug it during an update.
STEP 2
Press the Settings button on your remote
STEP 3
Select System
STEP 4
Select More
STEP 5
Select Software Upgrade
STEP 6
Select Scan
Select Scan for upgrade.
STEP 7
Wait for it to download
If an upgrade is found, wait for it to download.
STEP 8
Press OK when asked
Press OK when asked, and leave the television connected to power while it restarts.
