Rotate the screen
Let the picture turn when you hold the tablet sideways.
Use the pictures where shown. Follow the short instructions between them.

Open Control centre by swiping down
Open Control centre by swiping down from the edge of the screen.

Find rotation
Look for Lock orientation.
STEP 3
Allow the screen to turn
Set Lock orientation so automatic rotation is allowed, then close the panel.
STEP 4
Turn the tablet sideways
Hold the tablet on its side. Try Safari, Chrome or Settings if one particular app will not rotate.
Some apps only work upright and will not rotate.

Your menus may look different after an update. Look for the same control name and take your time.
