Free up storage space
Find out what is using space and remove what you no longer need.

Check what is using space
Select Storage and see which apps or photos take up the most room.
STEP 3
Remove what you do not need
Open a large app or the Photos app and delete anything you no longer want.
Check a photo is already backed up before you delete it from the device.
