Turn on Dark Mode
Switch to a darker colour scheme that is gentler in low light.

Find Dark theme
Look for Dark theme, Dark mode or Wallpaper & style within this menu.
STEP 4
Turn it on
Switch Dark theme on, or choose to have it turn on automatically from sunset to sunrise.
